This Return and Refund Policy outlines how Sito Fashion handles returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers.

1. Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or clearance are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@sitofashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
2. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If rejected (due to damage, signs of use, or missing tags), the item will be sent back to you without refund.
Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sitofashion.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include clear photos of the item(s) and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
